Lead Product Manager - Trade Finance

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our core Trade Finance product. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering customer-centric, commercially successful products and will be comfortable working with credit policy, risk frameworks, and compliance in a regulated environment.

  • Job Description:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, operations, and unit economics.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and design to ensure strong product-market fit and a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update legal, technical, and training materials to reflect product changes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify new customer segments and use cases to expand product access.
  • Monitor performance and risk indicators and lead responses to incidents or escalations.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, or B2B payments.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in balancing priorities and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
