Housekeeping Operations Manager

As a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor at Veriu Macquarie Park, you'll play a key role in setting up housekeeping procedures and processes, recruiting and training an amazing team, and ensuring every guest room and common area meets our high standards.

About the Role:
- Assist in setting up housekeeping procedures and processes
- Recruit and train a housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel's guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Implement and maintain our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies within the team
- Assist in housekeeping projects and team management
- Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance within housekeeping
- Build strong relationships with teammates and guests
- Ensure clear communication between housekeeping and other teams
- Lead by example and assist in whatever task needs completing

Requirements:
- Approved Australian working rights (Citizenship, Residency, or Visa with approved working rights)
- Experience supervising a team with kindness
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to lead by example
- High standards of attention to detail and cleanliness
- Great verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
Estimated salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
