Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description: The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the property's high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and motivating a team. Strong ability to connect with diverse cultures and groups. Skilled in setting clear expectations and providing guidance to team members. Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability, including the ability to work on a 24/7 roster, with night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
