Business Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and values-driven leader to spearhead our fundraising, partnership, and procurement initiatives during an exciting period of growth and celebration.

In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the CEO and Executive team to design and implement innovative strategies that strengthen donor engagement, secure sustainable funding, and cultivate long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with our organisational vision and values.
  • IDentify and pursue funding opportunities from government, corporate, and philanthropic sources.
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships that drive long-term, sustainable funding.
  • Oversee fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives and community giving programs.
  • Prepare compelling grant applications and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to build digital campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive corporate sponsorships and collaborative initiatives, particularly in support of our goals.
  • Provide regular reporting to the CEO and Executive team on business development outcomes.
