Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

The Branch Team Leader is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of employees to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure timely processing of customer orders, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and train employees, provide guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
  • Operations Management: Oversee freight services, manage stock control, and participate in colour tinting as required.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of team management and employee development.
  • Background in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics/operations with expertise in pick, pack, and stock control.
  • Knowledge of paints/coatings and paint tinting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
