About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish, including contracting, legal compliance, onboarding, staffing support, travel management, production scheduling, marketing, PR and CSR support, and budget and financial management.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team that develops and delivers unparalleled entertainment across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contracting and legal compliance: assist with drafting employment contracts, manage contract-related processes, and ensure timely filing and execution of contracts.
  • Onboarding and staffing support: assist with employee onboarding, manage operational aspects of auditions, and vendor relationship management.
  • Travel management: manage travel arrangements, immigration requirements, and accommodation needs.
  • Production scheduling: assist with scheduling and timeline requirements, and manage meeting scheduling and agendas.
  • Marketing, PR and CSR support: conduct market and budget research, assist with external events, and provide support on CSR, PR and Marketing related activity.
  • Budget and financial management: manage updating of EFC, report internally and to DTG in NY, and provide coding and accurate raising of Purchase Orders, GR's and invoices for payment.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with a strong background in the theatre industry, preferably with at least two years' experience at Production Executive level. You'll need excellent time management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, effective communication skills, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
