We are seeking a visionary Theatrical Program Director to lead our Drama and Theatre program. This individual will be responsible for fostering a rich and stimulating environment that encourages creativity and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing curriculum frameworks, assessment documentation, and policy statements to guide the development of the Drama and Theatre program.
  • Staff and Student Allocation: Collaborating with teachers to optimize classroom management, pedagogy, and student allocation while ensuring departmental responsibilities are met.
  • Assessment Oversight: Overseeing assessment quality, benchmarking, report structures, and exam administration to ensure students receive a comprehensive education.
  • Professional Representation: Representing the Drama and Theatre program at professional meetings and promoting best practices in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Resource Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upgrade of teaching rooms, equipment, and resources to support the program's growth.
  • Production Leadership: Directing and producing shows, promoting cohesion and professionalism among staff and students, and advocating for the Drama and Theatre program.
