About the Role

This is a Payments and Fraud Analyst position with Easygo, a leading company in the AU market. As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in examining the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security of Easygo's online payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess and analyze payment checkout conversion rates to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Regularly review transactional costs associated with different payment methods and gateways to ensure optimal cost-efficiency.
  • Regularly review potential fraudulent behavior and transactions to ensure we are blocking these fraudulent transactions.
  • Regularly communicate with third-party providers and online payment gateways to ensure seamless transaction processes and address any identified issues.
  • Investigate and recommend new payment methods to expand into new geographical regions or improve service in existing ones, by complying with industry regulations and standards.
  • Investigate fraud trends and recommend processes and strategies to block these bad behaviors.
  • Conduct market research to identify payment and fraud trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory considerations in different regions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track the performance of various payment methods, conversion rates, and costs to mitigate payment risks.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Payments, Finance, or related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs.
  • Familiarity with a variety of online payment aggregators, platforms, and gateway services.
  • Ability to strategize and implement payment and fraud systems on a global scale.
