About This Role

Our organisation works with families experiencing disadvantage to help them build parenting confidence and support their children's learning through engaging playgroup sessions and in-home coaching.

We use the Smalltalk program to develop activities that are suitable for different ages, facilitate interactions between parents and children, and link families to community services that can provide additional support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging playgroup sessions and in-home coaching using the Smalltalk program.
  2. Plan age-appropriate activities and facilitate parent-child interactions.
  3. Link families to community services that can provide additional support.
  4. Manage referrals and maintain accurate records.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve our goals.
