Operational Excellence in a Cinema Setting

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team at Event Cinemas Shellharbour.

This role requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and exceptional people skills to lead the team during night and weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will have operational responsibility for the cinema in the absence of senior management, maintain a guest focus, and strive to exceed service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team with a positive and energetic culture
  • Ensuring quality service delivery and exceeding customer expectations
  • Collaborating with senior management to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
  • Operational responsibilities including OH&S policies and procedures, equipment operation and maintenance, and daily opening and closing procedures

Requirements for this role:

  • At least 12 months experience in a Supervisory role or Duty Manager level
  • A high level of energy, drive, and motivation
  • Superior organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Hungry for professional growth and development
