Bar Supervisor Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hatted venue, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards for drink quality and service, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain consistent quality across all aspects of the bar operation, from drinks preparation to customer service.
  • Work closely with the front and back of house teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
