About the Job

We are seeking a Category Strategist to join our procurement team, where you will drive business value and utilisation of procurement expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop category strategies by analysing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions and drive innovation.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFX processes, supplier evaluation and contract implementation.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
About You
  • Proven experience in a procurement or category management role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
