Executive Program Director Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned senior leader to spearhead a large-scale strategic land-development project in Melbourne.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract with flexibility for part-time work (0.6+ FTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction for the project, ensuring effective strategy implementation.
  • Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations of the development agreement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize site potential and manage project risks.
  • Report project progress to stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, particularly in large-scale strategic projects.
  • Land development expertise and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of stakeholder landscapes and engagement styles.
  • Able to navigate complex environments and engage stakeholders effectively.
