About the Role
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction for complex strategic projects.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee project delivery to ensure sustainable outcomes and policy objectives are met.
  • Develop strategies to maximise site potential, manage project risks, and build stakeholder confidence.
  • Ensure effective project reporting to advance project goals.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a senior leader in strategic projects with expertise in land development.
  • Strong understanding of complex stakeholder landscapes and negotiation styles for successful outcomes.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across public and private sectors.

This part-time role offers flexible work options and a two-year fixed term contract.
