Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Firewall Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, securing, and maintaining our corporate firewall infrastructure and its components.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large enterprise environment and possess strong technical knowledge of FortiGate firewalls. They will also have good understanding of industry standards and the ability to collaborate with operational teams to ensure systems are secure and in line with these frameworks.

In this role, you will perform firewall engineering functions including design, implementation, and optimization. You will analyze, develop, enhance, secure, and test complex firewall designs and troubleshoot performance issues. Additionally, you will take ownership of our Fortigate product offering.

About You

  • You have 2+ years' experience working within Cybersecurity and security operations
  • You have strong technical FortiGate knowledge
  • You have good knowledge and understanding of industry standards
  • You have understanding of most of the following: Linux/Windows server and application administration and configuration, networking, scripting and automation, large scale distributed computing architecture
