Customer Partnership Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Partnership Executive to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. This role will involve providing a dedicated central point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencing service performance and driving business growth.
  • Advise customers on best practices, documentation requirements, and manage shipment requests within internal databases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure activities align with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Manage special requests, resolve client complaints, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop solutions for new business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Understanding of airline networks desirable.
  • PC/system literacy and ability to deal with inquiries and daily issues.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours required.
