Manufacturing Project Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of new products and projects across various functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop project governance, budget, and timeline to ensure successful completion on time.
- Lead end-to-end project trials onsite in collaboration with Research and Development Teams.
- Conduct project review/evaluation meetings post-project commercialization for continuous improvements.
- Partner with capital engineering teams on major capital projects.
- Own technical input into the Innovation to Market process and interface between plants and the Commercial side of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources.
- Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
