Overview

Based at our Candy Site in Scoresby, this role will see you working across the full scope of Mondelez ANZ brands including Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, and Sour Patch Kids. You will collaborate with various functions across the business and bring to life new product projects, while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget to support Scoresby growth agenda.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads or the program manager when needed.
• Be the key site contact regarding cost, capability, product and processes.
• Lead end-to-end project trials onsite in collaboration with RDQ teams; lead project review/evaluation meetings post-commercialisation for continuous improvements.
• Partner with the capital engineering team on major capital projects.
• Provide technical input into the I2M process and act as the interface between plants and the Commercial side of the business; own work processes within IIM at site level integral to project delivery.
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings; lead stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Confirm the completion and readiness of projects to go live.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Excellent communication skills; able to lead discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
• Strong project planning and proactive risk identification and mitigation; ability to manage strict timelines.
• Focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions positively.
• Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
• Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of processes and products; mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Experience in starch moulding jelly confectionary is advantageous.
