Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will join a leading Corporate Telehealth provider, offering support to employees in managing illness or injury through our best practice system.

We are seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to cover sick days, annual leave, and short staffing periods. This role is designed to offer flexibility across various timeframes, typically between 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls to record absences and injuries
  • Providing immediate health advice and triage assessments
  • Following up with employees to offer guidance and support
  • Coordinating referrals for medical and allied health appointments across Australia
  • Acting as a point of escalation to investigate and follow up on cases

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
  • Experience in nursing, injury management, or workers compensation
  • A fast-paced, supportive, and fun work environment
  • Comfortable working casual shifts, including early mornings and evenings

This is a remote position, with the possibility of in-person training during the first two weeks in Sydney. However, we can fully accommodate remote learning and onboarding if needed.
