Role Overview:

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Utilize your sales skills to enhance the store's performance.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, becoming the go-to expert.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and merchandising in the showroom.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset, ensuring a secure work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will:

  • Exhibit a strong passion for customer service, with prior experience in retail or a similar field.
  • Possess the physical capability to handle products, including heavier items.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, as driving duties are part of the role.
  • Be available to work on weekends and demonstrate flexibility for additional shifts as needed.
