Role Overview:

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service that creates memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Utilize your sales expertise to enhance the store's performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their go-to expert.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to drive store success.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and merchandising within the showroom.
  • Prioritize safety, ensuring a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A passion for customer service, backed by previous experience in retail or a similar field.
  • The physical capability to handle products, including heavier items.
  • A valid driver's license, as driving duties are part of the role.
  • Availability to work on weekends and flexibility for additional shifts as needed.
