Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities including the efficient supervision and coordination of all despatching operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Yatala, we operate Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the management team to ensure that business needs are met and processes & procedures are always adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Australian Forklift Licence and current driving license (manual preferred). Two years experience working in warehousing/distribution and/or supervisory roles in logistics or a similar environment would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and quality control is maintained
  • Managing containers on a fortnightly basis
  • Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with dispatching daily orders
  • Conducting stock takes as required

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A valid Australian Forklift Licence
  • Current Australian driving license (manual preferred)
  • Two years experience working in warehousing/distribution and/or supervisory roles in logistics or a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership and accountability for actions
