We are currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. As a key leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and guiding a team of warehouse staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory levels, and storage quality and safety
  • Maintain warehouse supplies and materials inventory; approve purchase orders and monitor expenditures
  • Process requisitions, review costing, and manage inventory
  • Identify inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and ensure timely supply replenishment
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate requests authorized through the system
  • Initiate the request for proposal process with preferred suppliers and participate in supplier selection
  • Ensure contract administration and service agreements are accurate
  • Manage a team of warehouse and supply staff and provide adequate coverage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in facilities management or related area (2-year program)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and processes
  • Advance computer skills in Ms. Office, Outlook, and ERPs systems
