Warehouse Operations Manager

About the RoleThe Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities involving inward and outwards goods, ensuring all deadlines and production expectations are met while driving efficiency and value for the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Set high standards to drive a culture of safety and well-being among team members
- Prioritize strong customer focus and understanding of delivery dates to achieve 100% DIFOT while minimizing unnecessary reworks
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Implement directives that support the business strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Liaise with staff daily to achieve required outcomes and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Experience as a Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operation
- Manual handling, picking, packing, and dispatching of completed orders
- Exposure within a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills
