As a seasoned recruiter with experience in business development, you have the opportunity to thrive in our rapidly expanding aged care recruitment division.
Our team is seeking an expert who can place Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers, and Executive Leaders into permanent roles across aged care and community services nationally. The ideal candidate will have existing PSA clients, an uncapped bonus structure, and full national scope to recruit across metro, regional, and remote areas.
About the OpportunityYou will be responsible for:
- Recruiting top talent for aged care and community services nationally
- Building relationships with existing PSA clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet recruitment targets
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
