Aged Care Recruitment Opportunity

As a seasoned healthcare recruiter, you'll be tasked with placing Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers, and Executive Leaders into permanent roles across aged care and community services nationally.

  • This role offers a unique chance to hit the ground running with existing PSA clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for 360° recruitment – comfortable with client acquisition and candidate management.

Requirements:

  • Experienced recruiter with a background in healthcare or community recruitment (agency preferred).
  • Proven success in recruiting top talent for permanent roles.
  • Strong industry knowledge or a desire to grow it.
  • Commercially minded, outcomes-driven, and confident working to targets.
