Senior Geotechnics Engineer Position

Our organization seeks an experienced Geotechnical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of major geotechnical projects for renewable energy, commercial developments and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams of engineers, with expertise in geotechnical investigations and design for large-scale renewable energy projects, as well as direct road and infrastructure geotechnical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project strategies to meet client needs and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage geotechnical investigations and design for large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Direct road and infrastructure geotechnical assessments, including site investigations and laboratory analysis
- Conduct comprehensive site investigations, oversee laboratory analysis and develop innovative engineering solutions to meet client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a proven track record of managing major projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams
