We are currently seeking a talented Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading your department in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every JD customer receives a great in-store experience.

The role involves supporting the store management team by maintaining merchandising and visual standards, sales results within your department, and coaching and developing your team to deliver great in-store experiences.

  1. Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
  2. Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
  3. Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department
  4. Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
  5. Work with back of house team to ensure product availability
  6. Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

To be successful in this role, you will require 2-3 years' experience within retail or like industry. You must be passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers and have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicate well with all stakeholders.
