We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day warehouse operations with efficiency, safety and a strong service mindset.

About the Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing parts, keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised, and working closely with delivery drivers, contractors, and our sales team to ensure the best customer experience possible.

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems on the fly, and bring a calm, organised energy to a busy warehouse environment.

Some local deliveries will also form part of the role, so a current driver's licence is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is stored and managed correctly

Managing inbound and outbound freight, including accurate loading/unloading

Coordinating delivery drivers and external contractors

Carrying out occasional deliveries when needed to support the team and ensure fast customer service

Liaising with the Sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication

Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (safely, of course)

Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures

Pitching in with whatever's needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly

What We're Looking For
We're after someone reliable, capable, and confident in their ability to keep things moving. You've worked in warehouses before, and you know what a well-run one looks like. You've probably supervised others, or you're ready to step up and do it well.

You'll Bring:

A current and valid forklift licence

Previous warehouse experience with a focus on safety and efficiency

Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and support team members

Great organisational and communication skills

Solid attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach

The ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy

Basic computer literacy (inventory software experience is a plus)
