As a seasoned professional, you have the chance to excel in a high-performance boutique management role. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales through strategic retail and CRM initiatives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly adaptable, and exhibit a strong ability to work collaboratively with the team. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive atmosphere within the boutique, handling client complaints professionally, and contributing to business growth through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Meet personal performance targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences through prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Assist the boutique manager in integrating new team members, training existing staff, and promoting a culture of excellence within the boutique.
- Support the boutique manager in maintaining visual merchandising standards and controlling the timely implementation of new concepts.
- Lead by example and foster a positive atmosphere within the boutique, promoting optimism, confidence, and teamwork.
- Participate in VIP events and orders, being considerate of our boutique opportunities and upholding brand standards.
- Build genuine relationships with customers through attentive listening and personalized support.
- Recruit new VIPs, update customer databases, and contribute to sales and marketing activities that drive results.
- Address client complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the assistant/boutique manager as needed.
- Coordinate repairs and after-sales services with sales administrators to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit a 'can-do' attitude, understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate at least 3 years of prior experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations, with direct reports under your supervision.
- Display critical thinking skills, solution orientation, and initiative, consistently following through on responsibilities and commitments.
- Be flexible and adaptable, willing to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Have availability and flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings, and closings, to meet business needs.
- Possess strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Be available to take on additional responsibilities and participate in ongoing development and improvement initiatives.
