As a key player in the retail industry, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team at our Homebush Factory Outlet in Sydney. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis and be available to work across weekdays and weekend days.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, proactive, and passionate about achieving results. This role requires a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for sport. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be motivated by achieving targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store's product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively
