About this role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies, and provide coaching and guidance to your team members.

You will also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance.
  • Career Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and maintenance of a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a retail environment.Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.A passion for streetwear and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
