">We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading a bid team consisting of internal teams and external partners. The Senior Bid Manager typically manages larger bids that are complex in nature or involve a high volume of work. Occasionally, the role may require managing several smaller bids sequentially, depending on market cycles. However, the primary focus is to lead and manage larger bid teams to secure winning and profitable bids.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Consult on project management principles and expertise to manage bids, including resource allocation, timeframes, risk, quality, and governance.">
- Manage all aspects and stages related to bids, including initiation, planning, solution definition, content development, response consolidation, team reviews, quality control, management review and authorization, package delivery, post-submission, administration, bid revisions, bid award, and win/loss review.">
- Manage bid resources to develop appropriate deal strategies, solution architectures, commercial models, and delivery/service management plans.">
- Evaluate the organization's risk exposure on all bids, document, communicate to stakeholders, and address/mitigate risks accordingly.">
- Maintain auditable trails of bid artefacts and records on company systems.">
- Ensure each bid undergoes requisite team and management reviews before client submission, adhering to corporate governance standards.">
- Communicate accurately and timely with stakeholders, taking responsibility for ensuring communications are received and understood.">
- Sources general bid collateral from authorized owners in the business.">
- Create standard templates for less complex bids.">
- Review customer requirements to ensure proposals meet their needs, collaborating with various parties to include necessary information.">
- Track the tender/RFP process and record keeping of strategic dates and information to be provided/presented.">

- You need extensive experience in a bid management role in a technology system integrator or similar organization.">
- Strong experience in managing, coordinating, and implementing successful bid processes.">
- Demonstrated experience researching and collaborating with subject matter experts to write and edit compelling proposals tailored to client needs.">
- Advanced knowledge of elements contributing to bids, including geographic scope, solution scope, service scope, and commercial complexity.">
- Business and financial acumen.">
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality work.">
- Able to utilize key systems and tools related to bids.">
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across functions.">
- Advanced knowledge about the industry, including competitors and market trends.">
