A forward-thinking Senior Business Development Manager is required to drive market share growth and provide support services to our extensive network.

About the Role
  • Support our white label business to achieve sustained success.
  • Deliver a range of support services, including loan structure assistance, scenario management, accreditation coordination, and complaint resolution.
  • Oversee technical content for training, events, marketing materials, and websites.
Key Responsibilities
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS (50%):
    • Proactively schedule appointments and calls with our broker network.
    • Collaborate with team members to build strong broker relationships and knowledge of our lending offerings.
    • Attend state meetings and provide updates on results against objectives.
    • Utilize Hubspot to track activity.
    • Organize group-based strategic meetings.
    • Manage complaints from brokers and customers.
    • Resolve post-settlement enquiries from brokers and customers.
  • OPERATIONAL (30%):
    • SME/Ownership of one White Label (WL) lender relationship.
    • Drive lender BDM activity.
    • Escalate product pricing and policy exemptions.
    • Manage post-settlement enquiries.
  • TECHNICAL (20%):
    • Oversee technical content (training, events, marketing materials, and websites).
    • Input data for Staff and Broker Loans submitted for White label.
    • Coordinate accreditations trainings.
