Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering and design aspects of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion. You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee engineering and design aspects of engineering projects
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers
  • Be responsible for quality approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
  • Extensive experience with discipline engineering design
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience including managing budget, schedule, resources and quality of the deliverables
