About the Role

This is a senior-level technical support position where you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to customers nationwide, addressing issues related to servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), and Exchange environments.

  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure platforms, ensuring systems' efficiency and performance.
  • Perform various senior support functions, collaborating with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in project teams to deploy and manage IT solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Document and log all actions and solutions in our systems for accountability and future reference, mentoring juniors in key skills.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
  • Strength across messaging platforms including Exchange Hybrid, On-prem and Office 365.
  • Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualisation solutions.
  • Extensive experience with backup technologies.
  • Excellent complex-problem diagnosis technique.
  • Exposure to ticketing tools.
