About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the refurbishment and structural installation of water reservoir roofs and related works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction site aspects, ensuring high standards and safety compliance, and collaborating with the project management team to meet project objectives.
- Oversee and manage all construction site aspects: safety, quality, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Monitor work progress, ensuring high standards and safety compliance.
- Supervise and coordinate equipment, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
We require someone with strong leadership and supervisory experience in roofing construction or asset maintenance, preferably within the water sector.
Key skills include:
- Technical knowledge of roofing construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
