The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver capital works projects on time and to industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in managing multiple renewal and capital work projects, ensuring safe, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise complex projects, overseeing project planning, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Lead your team in identifying risks, fostering innovation, and addressing problems that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with delivery partners, design teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and promote a culture of learning and best practices.

You are a capable leader with a proven ability to manage capital works projects in multi-disciplinary environments. You combine technical skill with people leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on safety and quality.

About You:
  • Project Management experience within the Water or Utilities sector is highly regarded.
  • Cert IV or higher Project Management qualifications.
  • Previous experience managing major and minor capital works projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
