  • Work with store leadership to manage wages effectively, achieving profitability, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by providing feedback, support, and training to all store team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based management role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
