Pharmacy Manager Position

Are you a seasoned pharmacist looking to take on a leadership role in a pharmacy team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join our store on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a permanent part-time position with a roster that includes Sundays, Wednesdays, and alternate Saturdays. As the Sole Pharmacist on most shifts, your responsibilities will include counseling, vaccinating, team training, and customer care.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and manage a small team of experienced pharmacists. You will be working with FRED NXT software and will have the support of an experienced Dispense Technician.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a small team of pharmacists and support staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and counsel patients on medication usage
- Conduct vaccinations and other clinical services as required
- Train and mentor junior staff members
**Requirements:**
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
