Senior Service Delivery SpecialistThis is a key role that requires strong leadership and operational expertise in managed services. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of our Agile Managed Services to our growing client base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure service levels and key metrics are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor the performance of our delivery team and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reporting in alignment with contractual obligations
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong operational knowledge of managed services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ITIL foundational certification
- Recent experience in the delivery of relevant IT managed services
