Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Description:

The IT Service Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to clients. This involves overseeing the coordination of resources, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction.

This position requires strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and leverage resources in an operational context. The IT Service Delivery Specialist must have a clear understanding of contracted services, including SLA measurement, and experience in project and/or service delivery management.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to manage operational escalations, respond to incidents, and ensure appropriate technical management and customer engagement/communications are in place.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization in operational and management meetings to drive outcomes
  • Assist in presales and production of contract changes, proposals, and submissions
  • Be the key contact and coordination point for stakeholder operational and project needs
  • Partner and coordinate with customer and provider teams to deliver services in accordance with performance requirements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the service lifecycle

Qualifications and Clearances:

The ideal candidate must be an Australian citizen, hold a Baseline Clearance or higher, and have experience in project and/or service delivery management. At least 5 years' experience managing the delivery of IT services is required, along with a clear understanding of contracted services, including SLA measurement.

  • Requirements:
  • Must undertake Police and Background Check
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Hold a Baseline Clearance or Higher or ability to gain and maintain that clearance
  • Experience in Project and/or Service Delivery Management
  • At least 5 years' experience managing the delivery of IT services
  • Clear understanding of contracted services, including SLA measurement

We are seeking an exceptional individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including comfort working with stakeholders via video, email, and face-to-face at customer sites. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leveraging resources in an operational context is essential.
