About the Role:
The Senior Director, Maintenance and Service Delivery will ensure that maintenance activities are delivered in compliance with Australian Standards, Facilities Management standards, and engineering guidelines. The role will collaborate with other FM Senior Directors and the IHSS Executive Branch Manager to proactively manage complex building services, maintain service and building compliance, ensure operational continuity, and minimize unexpected outages.
The role will be responsible for the financial management of maintenance works across the portfolio, ensuring delivery within budget, with risks identified and escalated appropriately.
Extensive facilities management experience and strong organizational leadership skills are essential.
