Lead Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Lead Early Childhood Educator to oversee the daily operations of our childcare centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the centre's daily activities, including staffing, budgeting, and parent communication. You'll also design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs that promote children's holistic development.

Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met. You'll work collaboratively with staff to create a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field approved by ACECQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.

You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively. Commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
