Power Systems Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Power Systems Senior Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on significant energy transition infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia Pacific.

As a Power Systems Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for acting as the lead advisor to clients, helping resolve project challenges, managing time, quality, and financial aspects of projects and proposals, serving as a power engineer, guiding and reviewing designs for large generator interconnections, ensuring QA/QC procedures are implemented, building client relationships and communicating technical knowledge effectively, and leading business development and proposal efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Providing expert advice on electrical systems and components within the Australian context
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Conducting feasibility studies and providing technical guidance

The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering degree, Chartered Professional Engineer status, and extensive experience in large-scale renewables design or project development. A strong desire to contribute to the green energy transition is also essential.
