We’re looking for a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset. If you have:
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in holiday parks or accommodation
- Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills
- Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting
- Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (an asset)
- Great interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work weekend and after-hours shifts when required
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to reside on site
