Project Manager Role Overview

CBD based offices offer a strong pipeline of work exceeding $1b.

Redpath partners have been exclusively engaged by a property developer under an investment platform. They will be working on projects up to 300 million across Sydney.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of development projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning and development, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to address challenges as they arise
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field. Proven experience in contract administration within the property development industry is essential. Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices is also required.
