Construction Project Leader Opportunity

We seek an experienced Construction Project Leader to manage commercial projects in Sydney's CBD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials for timely completion of projects
  • Liaise between engineers, senior management and architects for effective communication
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety among on-site personnel
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management
  • Experience working on projects over $2m
  • Commercial project experience
  • Construction-related tertiary qualification
  • Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills
  • Leadership ability to communicate effectively at every stage of the project
