We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to high-net-worth clients by managing all operational aspects of our relationship with them.
You will work closely with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for all client enquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the finance industry and contribute to the growth of our organization.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in client relations, account management, and operational tasks. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions, and other business partners.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to high-net-worth clients through phone and email communications
- Manage all operational aspects of our relationship with clients, including establishing and clearing accounts, resolving documentation and transfer issues
- Work closely with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for all client enquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as at least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity.
In addition, you will need to be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
