Ongoing business growth requires a strategic Accounts Payable leader to elevate our Perth-based team. This dynamic role involves leading a high-performing team to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
About the RoleWe are a global market leader in food and support services, operating across 50 countries with over 600,000 employees worldwide. Our annual revenue exceeds $2 billion, serving more than 350 clients across 700 sites globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the Accounts Payable team to optimize payment processes and accuracy.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and foster a customer-centric culture within Accounts Payable.
- Oversee Converga, our paperless system, and manage business expense platforms like SAP Concur and Appzen.
- Precision manage supplier data and lead Supply Chain Finance partnerships with banks and suppliers.
- Prepare actionable reports and track key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Leverage analytical skills to inform process enhancements, supporting the transition to onshore operational models.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management capabilities.
